Man Accused of Heist Gets Shot Dead in St Catherine Standoff
Police in St Catherine are hunting a man allegedly involved in a multimillion-dollar bank heist in Mandeville, who was fatally shot during a police encounter in Claremont. Shane Clarke, also known as “Giant,” a notorious figure from the Berrydale area, was reportedly pursued by authorities before the fatal confrontation. Firearms were recovered during the incident.
