Kimar Robinson, also known as Budshot, charged with shooting with intent, possession of prohibited weapon, and unauthorized possession of ammunition. The incident occurred during a confrontation with police in Balaclava, St Elizabeth, leading to the death of Jowayne Salmon, known as Mani. Robinson, a 29-year-old construction worker from Oxford District, was apprehended by the police’s Area Fugitive Apprehension Team (AFAT).
